Merchandiser for Retail Stores in Al-Kuwait (Indian Nationals)

We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper display and promotion of our products in various retail stores across the city. This is a full-time position that includes accommodation and requires candidates to have a valid biometric passport.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that products are properly displayed and promoted according to company guidelines
- Collaborate with store managers to create appealing product displays that attract customers' attention and boost sales
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure timely restocking of products
- Train store staff on product knowledge, effective merchandising techniques, and proper handling of stock
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences, and provide insights on potential new product offerings
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for adjustments in pricing, promotions, or product placement to optimize sales performance

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with store staff and managers
- Proven track record of driving sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month. In addition, accommodation will be provided by the company.
