Job Title: Merchandiser
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to promote and sell products to customers. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be expected to travel frequently to visit stores and maintain relationships with clients. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Only candidates with their own visa will be considered. We welcome applicants of all nationalities who are fluent in English. Salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute effective strategies to promote products in stores
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with clients and maintain regular communication
- Negotiate deals and contracts with suppliers and retailers
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production team on product availability
- Create visually appealing product displays to attract customers
- Train store staff on product knowledge, promotions, and sales techniques
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper product placement and availability
- Communicate with marketing team to develop promotional materials for products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with retail math principles
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Must have own visa
