Merchandiser in El-Ain, Egypt

As a Merchandiser in El-Ain, Egypt, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products to customers in retail stores. Your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability by ensuring that products are displayed attractively and effectively. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays to attract customers' attention
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with store managers to create effective marketing strategies
- Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide them with product information
- Train store employees on product features and selling techniques
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Keep track of competitors' products, pricing, and promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- Familiarity with retail software systems (e.g. POS)
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month, plus any applicable bonuses or incentives.

Location:
This position is located in El-Ain, Egypt. While local candidates are preferred, we are open to candidates from other countries who are willing to relocate.
