Senior Accountant

We are searching for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Yanbu, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of our company and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts
- Prepare tax returns and maintain compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees
- Oversee inventory management and perform regular inventory audits
- Collaborate with other departments to develop financial plans and strategies
- Stay up-to-date with accounting principles, laws, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Quickbooks or SAP
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills

Preferred Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification
- Experience working in the biometric passport industry is a plus

Salary: 900$ per month
