We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team in Sakaka, Saudi Arabia. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for various medical tests, transfusions, donations, or research purposes.

Key responsibilities:
- Greet patients and explain the blood draw process in a compassionate manner
- Identify patient and verify their identity before drawing blood
- Select appropriate equipment and tools for each blood draw procedure
- Sterilize the area on the patient's arm where the needle will be inserted
- Insert needle into vein to draw blood according to established procedures
- Label and store blood samples appropriately for testing or storage
- Monitor patient during and after the procedure for any adverse reactions
- Maintain accurate records of all blood draws and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Proven experience as a Phlebotomist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with patients of all ages, backgrounds, and personalities
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic anatomy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
- Valid certification in phlebotomy required

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. We welcome applications from Indians or Malayalees with relevant experience. Part-time positions may also be available. Experience in phlebotomy is preferred but we are open to considering candidates with no prior experience if they have valid certification. We offer own visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
