Job Title: Chemical Engineer - Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and improving our chemical processes to increase efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with our production team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions using your expertise in process engineering, data analysis, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality
- Utilize data analysis tools to monitor process performance and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues and develop solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process engineering to continuously improve our processes
- Train production staff on new processes or equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chemical Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of process engineering principles and techniques
- Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel or Minitab
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
