Resort Manager

We are hiring a Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort in Hafr al Batin. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, hospitality, and managerial roles. They will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction, and overseeing financial aspects of the resort.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the resort
- Manage and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Oversee financial aspects of the resort, including budgeting, pricing, and revenue management
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and staff
- Coordinate with other departments within the resort, such as housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Continuously look for ways to improve guest experience and increase revenue

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a managerial role at a resort or hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of financial management principles and experience with budgeting processes
- Customer-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed

Salary: $1000/month

Location: Hafr al Batin (Pakistan)
