Housekeeping Manager - Umm-Said, Qatar



We are hiring a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department and ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization throughout our facility. Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall performance of the housekeeping department, including staff scheduling, training, and development
- Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are consistently maintained to high standards of cleanliness
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
- Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any maintenance needs or areas for improvement
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and services

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a hotel or similar establishment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team
- Knowledge of industry standards for cleaning protocols and procedures
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high levels of cleanliness

Salary:
900$ per month (tax-free)
