Office Assistant - English Speaking
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail. As an English speaking professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Filing, scanning, and photocopying documents as required
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts
- Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, typing, and maintaining records
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
