Administrative Coordinator in Lusail
We are in need of an experienced and dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks and processes within our company. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing correspondence
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Support HR department with onboarding processes
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Prior experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working with Pakistani or African communities. Fluency in English is also preferred. This position offers a salary of 1800$, along with accommodation. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment in Qatar.
