Hotel Maintenance Engineer

As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of all equipment and systems in a hotel. This includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. You will work closely with the hotel management team to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner to minimize disruption to guests.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on all equipment and systems in the hotel
- Troubleshoot any issues with equipment or systems and make necessary repairs
- Coordinate with contractors for more complex repairs or installations
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work done in the hotel
- Conduct regular inspections of all equipment and report any issues to management
- Maintain an inventory of necessary parts and supplies for repairs
- Follow all safety protocols while performing maintenance tasks
- Communicate effectively with other hotel staff to ensure minimal disruption to guests during maintenance work

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly

Salary: 1700$ per month

City: Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Malayalee preferred)
