Bank Teller

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bank Teller in Al-Rayyan. As a bank teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and promoting bank products and services.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions
- Verify identity and account information of customers
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Promote bank products and services to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures
- Adhere to all security procedures to protect against fraud
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the branch

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or finance preferred
- Previous experience as a bank teller or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Customer service oriented with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

This job is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
