Job Title: Business Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor. As a Business Coach, you will work with individuals and businesses to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, creating action plans, providing guidance and support, and tracking progress. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong business acumen. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Develop personalized action plans for clients
- Provide guidance and support to clients
- Track progress and provide feedback
- Hold coaching sessions with individuals or groups
- Collaborate with other coaches and resources to provide comprehensive support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Mentor and train junior coaches

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a Business Coach or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of business principles, practices, and strategies
- Passion for helping others succeed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
