Waiter/Waitress - Umm-Salal, Qatar


We are searching for a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a restaurant in Umm-Salal, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide efficient and attentive service to our guests. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any issues that may arise
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and work stations
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or events

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong multitasking skills
- Customer service oriented with a friendly and outgoing personality

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Accommodation will also be provided.
