Entry Level Truck Driver


As an Entry Level Truck Driver in our transportation company based in Doha, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across the city. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with no prior experience in truck driving to start their career in the transportation industry. We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ and provide on-the-job training to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a commercial truck, following all traffic laws and company policies
- Load and unload goods onto the truck, ensuring proper distribution and securing of the cargo
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
- Plan efficient routes to deliver goods on time and maintain timely communication with dispatchers
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel purchases, and other necessary documentation
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols while on the road

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a good driving record
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests as well as a background check
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
