Wedding Planner


We are seeking a highly organized and creative wedding planner to join our team in Medina. As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a couple's wedding day, from choosing the venue and vendors to managing the budget and timeline. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, preferences, and budget
- Research and suggest potential venues, vendors, and services for the wedding day
- Negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of clients
- Create detailed timelines for all events leading up to and including the wedding day
- Manage budget and track expenses throughout the planning process
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure everything is in place for the wedding day
- Oversee setup and execution of the wedding day events
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during planning or on the wedding day
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in event planning, hospitality management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a wedding planner or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software
- Knowledge of local venues, vendors, and services preferred
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary: 1700$

Location: Medina - accommodation provided if needed
