Warehouse Manager - Riyadh



As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in Riyadh. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and timely handling of all incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and managing a team of warehouse staff.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise the layout and organization of the warehouse to maximize space utilization and ensure smooth flow of goods
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of products
- Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping process to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and reporting
- Develop and implement procedures for efficient inventory management, including stock rotation and storage optimization
- Monitor stock levels to anticipate potential shortages or overstock situations
- Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily goals in a safe working environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, sales, and customer service to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse management or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g. SAP) is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must be physically fit for manual labor tasks if needed

We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month along with medical insurance. This position is open for both Indian and Pakistani nationals living in Riyadh.
