Chemical Engineer - Process Development Specialist



As a Chemical Engineer - Process Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and improving chemical processes for our company in Riyadh. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing chemical processes to ensure efficiency and productivity. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and problem-solving to improve existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and implement chemical processes for our company in Riyadh
- Conduct research and experiments to improve process efficiency and productivity
- Troubleshoot and solve any issues with existing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality control to ensure smooth implementation of new processes
- Analyze data and perform statistical analysis to monitor process performance
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations for chemical handling and processing
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new processes and train team members on their implementation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chemical Engineer or Process Development Specialist
- Strong knowledge of chemical engineering principles, theories, practices, and techniques
- Experience with process design, development, implementation, optimization, troubleshooting, and scale-up
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel or Minitab
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to chemical handling and processing is preferred

Salary:
This is a contract job offering a salary of 1600$ per month.

This position is located in Riyadh. Preference will be given to Indian candidates.

Fluency in English is not required for this position. However, basic communication skills are preferred.
