Head Chef - Indian Cuisine (Ar-Ruwais)


We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef specialized in Indian cuisine to lead our team in the bustling city of Ar-Ruwais. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring high-quality food production. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative menus featuring authentic Indian dishes
- Oversee daily operations in the kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow and timely food production
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is located in the vibrant city of Ar-Ruwais in the United Arab Emirates.

Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in English, have previous experience working in the UAE, or hold a culinary degree from a reputable institution.
