Job Title: Administrative Director

We are currently hiring an experienced Administrative Director to oversee the daily operations of our company in Al-Wakra. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven track record in managing administrative tasks. As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and supervising administrative staff. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while representing our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the company
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Oversee budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure financial stability
- Maintain accurate records of company assets, contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and collaboration
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Represent the company in meetings with clients or government agencies as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to identify areas for improvement within the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Administrative Director or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of budget planning and financial management principles
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Salary: 1100$

Location: Al-Wakra (no accommodation provided)

Employment Type: Full-time
