Hotel Manager for an Upscale Boutique Hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our upscale boutique hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a proven track record of providing exceptional guest service. This position requires excellent leadership skills, as the Hotel Manager will be responsible for managing a team of staff members from various departments including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the hotel, including overseeing all departments and ensuring smooth functioning
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and efficiency
- Monitor guest feedback and address any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Create budget plans and monitor expenses to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel through various channels
- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in an upscale or boutique hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Qatar without sponsorship

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
