Art Director

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for the overall visual style and creative direction of our projects. You will work closely with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts that meet our clients' needs and align with their brand image. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will oversee a team of designers and provide guidance and feedback to ensure the quality and consistency of their work. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments such as copywriting, marketing, and production to ensure that all aspects of a project are aligned and cohesive. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of design principles. Prior experience in graphic design or a related field is required.

Salary: $1600 per month

City: Al-Rayyan, Qatar

Nationality Preference: Indian (non-Indian candidates are also welcome to apply)

Language Requirement: Fluent in English

Experience Required: 3-5 years in graphic design or related field

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for various projects including print materials, digital media, advertisements, etc.
- Collaborate with the creative team to execute designs that align with client's brand image
- Provide art direction and guidance to designers to ensure high-quality work
- Conduct research on current design trends and incorporate them into project concepts
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment on project goals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Review final designs for accuracy and quality control before presenting to clients
- Maintain brand identity guidelines across all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or art direction
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with current design trends and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong visual design skills
