Office Assistant - Lusail, Qatar
We are hiring an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for the team
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Hindi is a plus
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
