Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for employees
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact lists and databases
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar administrative role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to pay attention to details
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Lusail, Qatar
