Our creative agency is seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects and ensuring they align with our client's branding and vision. You will work closely with our designers, copywriters, and clients to develop innovative and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects such as advertisements, social media campaigns, websites, etc.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure designs meet brand standards and client expectations
- Present concepts and designs to clients and provide revisions based on feedback
- Oversee photo shoots and video shoots to ensure alignment with creative vision
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into our work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or similar environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles and ability to create visually appealing layouts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
