Digital Designer

As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital designs for our company. You will work closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure that our online presence is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Your duties will include designing website layouts, creating graphics and illustrations, and optimizing images for web use. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, as well as experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential for this role. This position is based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar and preference will be given to Indian candidates with English proficiency. Accommodation and visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified candidates.

Salary: $1400 per month

Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in digital design or related field.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing website layouts using design software
- Design graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for web use
- Optimize images for fast loading times on websites
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital design
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital design or related field
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
- Experience designing for websites and mobile applications preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
