Merchandiser

Our retail company in Al-Kuwait is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, creating visually appealing product displays, and analyzing sales data to make informed purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising and a strong understanding of market trends. This position is open to Indian nationals with a valid biometric passport and no English language requirement. Accommodation will be provided. The salary for this role is $1000 per month.

As a Merchandiser, your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new products as needed
- Creating visually appealing product displays that attract customers
- Analyzing sales data and making recommendations for product placement and pricing
- Collaborating with vendors to negotiate pricing and discounts
- Tracking sales performance and making adjustments to inventory levels accordingly
- Staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor strategies
- Ensuring all products are priced accurately and correctly labeled
- Maintaining organized and clean merchandise displays at all times

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in merchandising or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Strong negotiation skills when working with vendors
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
