Merchandiser for Retail Store in Al-Kuwait


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail industry. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays to attract customers and promote our products
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that shelves are fully stocked at all times
- Work closely with the buying team to plan product assortments and promotions
- Conduct regular store walks to assess product placement, pricing, and overall appearance
- Train and coach sales associates on merchandising standards and techniques
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop in-store events and promotions
- Monitor sales trends and adjust displays accordingly to maximize sales
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales, and other relevant data

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective merchandising strategies
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions based on trends
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Biometric passport required for visa processing (if not already residing in Al-Kuwait)
- Preference will be given to Indian nationals
- Part-time position (20 hours per week) without accommodation provided
- Must have valid work permit for Al-Kuwait
