Cashier - Indian Nationals Preferred


We are a retail store in Abu Dhabi seeking a skilled and friendly Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to work on a contract basis
- Accommodation will be provided

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their purchases
- Accurately process transactions using cash registers or POS systems
- Handle cash, credit card and other forms of payments
- Ensure that all items are properly scanned and priced
- Resolve any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
