Job Title: Chemical Engineer - Process Optimization Specialist


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Chemical Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements for our chemical manufacturing plant. Your expertise in chemical engineering principles and practices will be crucial in optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and ensuring efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement effective solutions to optimize process performance
- Utilize your knowledge of chemical engineering principles to troubleshoot any process issues
- Use statistical tools and techniques to monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the chemical manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles, including thermodynamics, kinetics, and transport phenomena
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g. Aspen Plus)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g. JMP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary:
1200$ monthly
