Security Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets, employees, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain security protocols and procedures.
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any security breaches.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Conduct background checks on potential employees.
- Train employees on security procedures and emergency response plans.
- Investigate any security incidents and provide detailed reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Experience with surveillance systems and emergency response planning.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in the Middle East region.
- Fluent Urdu or Arabic language skills.
