Housekeeping Manager
We are in need of a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the property. You will also be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to meet our guests' needs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership abilities. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Ensure that all guest rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards
- Train and manage housekeeping staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality control
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of housekeeping operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Attention to detail with a high standard for cleanliness
- Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages preferred)
