Chemical Engineer - Process Optimization Specialist (Indian Nationals)


We are a renowned chemical company based in Lusail, Qatar, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chemical Engineer to join our team as a Process Optimization Specialist. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic environment with English-speaking colleagues.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our chemical processes to increase efficiency and productivity. You will use your expertise in chemical engineering principles to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement them in our production processes.

As a contract employee, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience without prior work experience. We offer competitive compensation of $1600 per month along with accommodation and free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for optimization
- Develop solutions to improve process efficiency and productivity
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Monitor production data and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any process-related issues that may arise
- Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into our processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in process optimization is a plus
