Administrative Coordinator - Indian Nationals
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the company.
Salary: 1200$
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for all administrative inquiries and requests
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Indian national with valid visa to work in Qatar without accommodation provided by the company
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
