IT Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations and managing a team of IT professionals. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth functioning of all information technology systems and services within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including budget planning, resource allocation, and project management.
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all information systems within the organization.
- Stay updated with new technologies and trends in the industry to recommend improvements or upgrades to existing systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions to enhance their processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in managing complex IT projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of network administration, security systems, databases, cloud computing, etc.
- Familiarity with different operating systems such as Windows, Linux, etc.
