Farm Supervisor

A farm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage a team of farm workers. The ideal candidate should have experience in farming and agriculture, as well as strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities on the farm, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance
- Manage a team of farm workers and delegate tasks accordingly
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed on the farm
- Monitor crop production and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain records of production, expenses, and inventory
- Develop and implement farming strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Train new employees on farming techniques and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the farm
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise on the farm

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in farming or agriculture
- Strong understanding of farming techniques and practices
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations for farming operations
- Ability to work long hours during peak seasons
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must have own visa
- Preferably Pakistani nationality
- Salary: 1700$ per month (without accommodation provided)
