Call Center Representative
We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and chats in a timely manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month as well as opportunities for growth within the company. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates.
