Online Consultant (Al Kharj, Egypt)

We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Al Kharj, Egypt. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, live chat, and social media.
- Provide assistance and support to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive client experience.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Previous experience in customer service or online consulting preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and online tools is a plus.
