We are a growing company in Lusail seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking when necessary
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for employees
- Prepare and distribute documents, memos, and reports as needed
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including processing paperwork and setting up computer systems
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and receipts
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner
- Organize company events or meetings as needed
- Monitor office budget and track expenses
- Manage databases and ensure data accuracy
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail is a must
- Knowledge of office management procedures is preferred
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.

This role is located in Lusail, Qatar.
