Job Title: Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes.
- Conduct time studies, work flow analysis, and capacity planning.
- Design layouts and workflows for new or existing production lines.
- Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements.
- Monitor production output and analyze data to identify trends or issues.
- Recommend changes to improve product quality or reduce defects.
- Manage project timelines and budgets for process improvement projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, or 5S.
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel or Minitab.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex information to different levels of the organization.

Preferred:
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
