Business Coach - Al-Khor, Qatar


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and businesses to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and goals
- Develop personalized action plans for clients to improve their business strategies, leadership skills, and overall performance
- Monitor progress of clients and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on various business topics such as marketing, sales, financial management, etc.
- Collaborate with other coaches and experts to provide comprehensive coaching services to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance coaching techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a business coach or consultant
- Strong knowledge of business principles and strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluency in English is preferred; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
