Art Director for Contract Position in Medina, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our creative team in Medina, Saudi Arabia on a contract basis. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects and ensuring that they are aligned with our company's brand and vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing a team of designers. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with creative team to develop visual concepts that meet project objectives
- Oversee all aspects of design process including concept development, layout, and production
- Ensure all designs align with company brand standards and guidelines
- Manage team of designers by providing direction, feedback, and guidance
- Present design concepts to clients and effectively communicate ideas and solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, composition, color theory etc.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience managing a team of designers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
$1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Medina, Saudi Arabia

Contract Duration:
6 months (with possibility of extension)
