Staff Assistant

As a Staff Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the staff of our company in Dukhan. Your main responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing and maintaining files, and preparing reports. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls and responding to emails, as well as coordinating travel arrangements for the staff.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. You should also have strong communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month and does not include accommodation. As this is a job for Africans, applicants of African nationality are preferred. Additionally, candidates must possess a valid biometric passport.
