UX Designer


As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with our product development team to understand user needs and design solutions that meet those needs. Your role will involve conducting research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with developers to ensure the final product is of high quality.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to demonstrate design concepts
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
- Use data and analytics to continuously improve the user experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure designs align with business goals
- Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UX designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision etc.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required
- Experience working in an agile environment is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Ar-Ruwais, UAE (visa sponsorship available)

Contract Type:
Full-time (40 hours per week), 6-month contract (with possibility for extension)

Note:
This job is open exclusively for Indian candidates. Fluency in English is not required but will be considered an asset.
