Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a professional and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Lusail. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, serving customers, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables
- Answer any questions about menu items or daily specials
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
