Farm Manager


As a Farm Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of farm operations, including crop production, livestock care, and farm maintenance. Applicants with experience in farming and managing large-scale operations are preferred. This is a full-time position located in Abu Dhabi and is open to candidates of Indian or Pakistani nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily farm activities such as planting, irrigation, harvest, and livestock care
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust farming practices accordingly
- Manage farm budget and expenses
- Hire, train, and supervise farm staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain proper records
- Implement sustainable farming practices to maximize yield and minimize environmental impact
- Maintain equipment and facilities in good working condition
- Market farm products to local communities or distributors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in farming or agricultural management
- Knowledge of crop production techniques, irrigation systems, and livestock care
- Familiarity with safety regulations in agriculture
- Ability to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary: $1700 per month (tax-free) with accommodation provided.
