IT Manager - Umm-Salal, Qatar


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to lead our dynamic team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations. Your main goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure is efficient, secure, and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain all company hardware and software systems
- Oversee network security and data backups
- Identify areas for improvement in IT systems and processes
- Train employees on new technologies and software
- Troubleshoot technical issues as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and data backup procedures
- Proficient in various programming languages (e.g. Java, Python)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-tech employees
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Preference:
This position is open to all nationalities, however Malayalees are preferred.
