Industrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar


We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and increasing efficiency in our manufacturing facility. This role is specifically tailored for Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a valid work visa in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas of improvement in production processes
- Design and implement new layouts and workflows to increase efficiency
- Identify and analyze production bottlenecks and develop solutions to overcome them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall performance of the facility
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product standards are met
- Monitor production output, track key performance indicators, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems and come up with creative solutions
- Valid work visa for Qatar is mandatory
