Senior Art Director

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As the Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's creative projects, including advertising campaigns, branding initiatives, and design projects. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop innovative and effective solutions that meet their objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with at least 5 years of experience in an agency or in-house creative department. You should have excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and strategically. A deep understanding of current design trends and techniques is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers to create high-quality designs for various projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that align with their brand
- Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on their feedback
- Oversee the production process to ensure designs are executed accurately and on time
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our designs
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role within an agency or in-house creative department
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly to clients
- Understanding of current design trends and techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This is a full-time position without accommodation. We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with free visa sponsorship and air tickets for expatriate candidates.
