As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your main duties will include managing inventory levels, supervising warehouse staff, and ensuring that all goods are stored and shipped in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of all warehouse goods
- Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment of orders
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections
- Communicate with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues or delays
- Track and report on warehouse KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Implement efficient processes and procedures to streamline warehouse operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a warehouse setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
